What customizations do your machines offer for beverages?

Our machines provide over 20 unique selections that suit every palette, from strong to mild, sweet to aromatic, full foam to minimal. You can change beverage options at any time or we can change them by the season, at no additional cost to
you.

Can your machines pour different sizes of cups?

Our systems can accommodate every size from espresso demi-tasse cups to carafes of fresh brewed coffee.

Can your machines track usage?

Our systems provide full account management capabilities. We can accurately monitor every beverage that is served for invoicing and on-time product replacement.

How are the hot chocolates & specialty beverages made?

Our milk, hot chocolate, french vanilla, chai tea, decaf and other powders create the finest specialty beverages. Powders are heated and whipped separately, then blended together into an aromatic and delicious
drink.

Are your machines environmentally friendly?

If reducing the environmental impact of your coffee program is important to you, our service is environmentally friendly. Coffee grinds are composted, reusable cups are encouraged, and we offer wood stir sticks to minimize  what goes into landfills.

Specifically, this is a bean to cup service, so whole beans are ground freshy with each cup – there are NO pods, no paper filters or single use packaging.

Are There Any Upfront Costs Or Commitments?

There is no cost to our clients for machine delivery, installation, basic supplies, and ongoing servicing, maintenance or repair. We bill only after you have used our coffee services and only the actual number
of cups your team has consumed. Our pricing model is on a “per-cup” basis. The advantage of a per-cup charge model is that you only pay for the beverages you consumed.

Do The Machines Come With
Cups ?

Our machines can dispense directly into coffee mugs, which we encourage for environmental/sustainability concerns as well as flavour as the wax coating in paper cups can influence the taste profile.

We do also give customers the option of providing cups, sleeves, lids and stir sticks to ensure we are able to meet your requirements.

Do The Machines Need Water?

Filtered water is a critical component of a good, flavourful cup of coffee. Our machines can operate with autonomous filtered water tanks but a direct water line connection with an inline filter.is typically required after trial. We handle water connections to the machine as well as installing and regular replacing the filter.

What Size of Workplaces Do You Typically Service?

We have dispensing units that suit every consumption and placement need! We can provide vendor invoicing programs – stand or countertop models – from 20 to 300 cups a day.

How Do You Know When To Refill The Machine?

Our machines can be monitored remotely to ensure they do not run out of product. Additionally, our standard service includes weekly visits to restock, clean and service the machine. As volumes dictate, we may need to visit twice a week.

What If I Change My Mind In The Future?

We offer service agreements with 14 day notice periods for cancellation – no contract, no cost to cancel, no hidden fees.
